Anypack box on-demand machine can make 85 types FEFCO boxes, which is considered the international standard for carton design.

Our machines are CE certified, and we accept any third party
inspection company, such as SGS，TUV Rheinland, etc.
What kind of support do you offer？
We provide 7 * 24 support by our engineers as well as local
partners. We can not send engineers during the epidemic period, all
customer support will be remote by phone or video.
Does your touchscreen operating system offer free updates？
Yes, we will notify all customers when the software is updated.
Do you offer customized products？
Yes, we can print the customer’s logo on the machine, can also be
customized according to customer needs.
How Long is your after-sale guarantee？
Our quality assurance is 12 months from the date of receipt of the
machine and provides life-long remote technical assistance.
What is your delivery time?
The delivery period of the basic machine is usually around 30
working days, the custom machine needs to see will depends on the
customer’s specific requirements.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
Of course, but it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now
we support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.
What are the payment options?
We accept 50% deposit by T/T before production, and 50% balance by
T/T before shipment.
